WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I am unable to accept returns for commissions. I am happy to work with you to tweak colours and aspects of a artwork to make sure you are happy with the final piece. This is especially easy if your print is digital.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Give the gift of choice! A voucher’s a beautiful way to give someone something really special.Â
Vouchers can be used against prints (framed/unframed), originals or a commission ).

WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE?
Depending on your work and what you are printing on, it can take as little as 2 weeks and for larger more specialised prints up to 8Â weeks. I will keep you updated and discuss with you options if your order is urgent.
HOW WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE?
Most artwork can be framed and ready to hang. Please be sure to select this option. Posters and prints are carefully packaged to protect your artwork.
Please contact me within 48 hours if there are any problems with your delivery.
WILL MY ARTWORK LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE ONLINE?
Viewing an artwork online means the images appear brighter as they are backlit. Colour is very important to me and I work closely with my printers to ensure the colours are vibrant and as close to the image you see online as possible.
